At Neely, we work hard to deliver comfort straight to your door.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

High-volume seasons (Black Friday, holidays) may cause slight delays.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect input.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your hoodie, sweatpants, and everyday essentials.
If something doesn’t fit quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery if:
✔ Item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
✔ Tags are still attached
✔ Original packaging is included
We do not accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged items.
